1. Stage “Sketch Design”
(The following stages are developed based on the approved version)

2. Stage “Design Development”
(Required for construction permit)

Chapter “Architectural Solutions”:
– general information (explanatory note);
– floor plans (detailed);
– elevations;
– roof plan;
– sections;
– specification of windows and doors;
– the stair’s solutions;
– drawings of architectural details.

Chapter “Master Plan”:
– Master Plan;
– dimension drawing (siting of buildings according to the site boundaries);
– vertical planning of the site;
– the scheme of transport-pedestrian connections;
– scheme of external engineering networks and communications;
– plan of landscaping.

Note 1. At the stage “Design Development” such chapters as “Architectural Solutions” and “Master Plan” are assured by the certificate “Architectural designing”.

Note 2. If necessary, other chapters of the design documentation provided in DSTU B А2.4-4: 2009, including water supply and sewage, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, environmental impact assessment, heat and mechanical solutions of boilers, gas supply (internal devices), electric lighting (internal) and others (see Appendix А)

Architectural bureau “Golub Architects” can engage subprojectors in their execution.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

3. Stage “Construction Documentation”
(Required for construction)

– documents list which is referenced during the calculations;

– siting the building foundation on the engineering-geological cross-section;
– Formwork plan of foundation walls;
– plan of the pile’s field;
– reinforcement of the grillage foundation;

– plans and sections of lintels;
– plans and sections of reinforced concrete belts;

Chapter “Wooden constructions”:
– floor wood framing plans;

– specifications of floor framing materials;
– roof framing plan;
– roof construction details;
– elements specifications of rafter system;
– construction sections;
– constructive solutions of staircases with wooden stringers;
– details, sections, specifications of other wooden elements.

Chapter “Metal constructions”:
– steel floor framing plans;
– steel girders/beams and studs details;
– specifications of steel girders/beams and studs;
– constructive solutions of staircases with steel stringers;
– details, sections, specifications of other steel elements.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN

2.Stage “Design Development”
(Required for the realization of the site landscaping)

– master plan;
– dimension drawing (siting of buildings according to the site boundaries);
– vertical planning of the site;
– scheme of external engineering networks;
– paving plan with specification of materials;
– dendroplan, split-leveling drawings, specification of plants;
– irrigation plan, specification of sprinklers;
– plan of a site illumination;
– earthworks cut and fill table.

INTERIOR DESIGN

3.Stage “Design Developmentт”
(Required for interior design realization)

– plan before redevelopment;

– elevations;
– floor finish transitions plan (with materials specification);
– floor details (construction solutions);
– reflected ceiling plan;
– scheme of lighting devices;
– electrical and data plan;
– plumbing plan;
– plan of kitchen equipment;
– finish plan (with materials specification);
– selection and specification of furniture;
– designer furniture development (if necessary);
– partition type details;
– ceiling type details, sections;
– scheme of air conditioning;
– plan of heating devices;
– development of exclusive decorative elements.

URBAN DESIGN

1. Detailed site plan (DSP)
(DPT are used to determine the planning organization and functional purpose, spatial composition, parameters of the built-up area and landscape organization of the quarter, microdistrict, other part of the territory of the human settlement, intended for integrated development or reconstruction).

Detailed site plan determines:
– principles of planning and spatial organization of building-up area;
– red lines and regulation lines of building-up area;
– functional purpose, mode and parameters of development of one or several land plots, distribution of territories in accordance with building codes, state standards and rules;
– Urban planning conditions and limitations (in case of absence of a territory zoning plan) or clarification of urban planning conditions and restrictions in accordance with the zoning plan;
– need in the service enterprises and institutions of the population, places of their location; expediency, volume, sequence of reconstruction of the built-up area;
– priority and scope of engineering training of the territory;
– system of engineering networks;
– the order of organization of transport and pedestrian traffic;
– the order of complex improvement and landscaping, the need for the formation of the ecological network;
– the boundaries of coastal protective bands and beach areas of water bodies (in case of absence of territory zoning plan).

Note 1. A detailed plan of the territory is assured by the Certificate “Development of Urban Planning Documentation”.

SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Architectural bureau “Golub Architects” unites architects who, in addition to practical designing, carry out researches in the field of architecture, urban development and landscape architecture. Research results are published in professional scientific journals.
